Privacy at Radically.

What happens when you subscribe?

We save your email address, signup date and time, the consent text shown on the signup form, and the utm_source value from the landing-page address in Supabase. We do not save the full landing-page address or other UTM fields. Your welcome email is sent through Gmail.

If you complete the preference form, we also save your selected interests, how you discovered Radically Chinese, any Other response, and any search terms you choose to share. Your welcome email includes private links to update your preferences and unsubscribe. You can also reply directly to that email.

What happens to invitation requests?

The invitation form sends your normalized email address and private password to our server. The password is checked and discarded. A one-way hash of your network address and the email address are kept in Supabase to enforce abuse limits. Approved requests are sent through Gmail; invitation codes are never returned to the browser.

What is not connected?

The reservation, support, and campaign application forms remain prototypes and do not submit data. Payment processing, analytics, and advertising pixels are not connected in this phase.
